Sumario:At present, it is indisputable that artificial intelligence (AI) is a tool applicable in all fields of knowledge, and the legal sphere is no exception. Therefore, this article aims to propose the application of AI tools to support the functions of Mexican law. The theoretical framework is based on the concepts of legal practice, digital transformation, and artificial intelligence. It is a qualitative, descriptive, and propositional research under the deductive method, with the main research techniques being observation and consultation of reliable sources. The main result of this study is the proposal to apply AI tools in legal functions with the intention of promoting their use and highlighting the need for lawyers with digital skills in the face of the global digital transformation process.
