Descripción
Sumario:The objective of this research was the effect of artificial intelligence (AI) on law, shedding light on its sphere with the automation of tasks, including an index of effectiveness in preparing documents and the ethical dilemmas that dance on its periphery. The analysis was carried out qualitatively, bibliographical sources and works related to the topic were reviewed so that we could understand how artificial intelligence is causing changes in the legal area. The results show that the adoption of AI leads to significant automation of many tasks, which further increases the efficiency and accuracy of legal document preparation; However, ethical challenges arise, possibly due to professional secrecy or even prejudice due to algorithms. The study highlights the establishment of clear ethical guidelines, as well as the promotion of ongoing human supervision and also regular ethics and AI training for lawyers, with the aim of reducing such challenges by ensuring that AI is integrated responsibly and safely into legal practice.
