Sumario:Sexual violence is a widespread problem in all areas of society, including university campuses. Diagnoses are necessary as a guide to identify it, attend to it, eradicate it, sanction it and prevent it beyond the politically correct legal structure. The Autonomous University of Hidalgo State has mechanisms and positive actions that have not been good enough because they have not been generated from specific diagnoses. Hence, the objective of this paper is to present a pilot proposal for a protocol to face and deal with sexual and gender-based violence. The proposal derives from a previous diagnosis on integration, discrimination and the situation of sexual violence (sexual harassment), which was carried out at 5 schools or institutes of the UAEH in 2018, as well as from the previous work of the situation of the country and the development of a theoretical framework from a gender perspective.
