| Sumario: | The present essay deals mainly with the importance of job satisfaction in the operative employees of the companies. The research focused on highlighting the importance of satisfaction to reduce absenteeism and staff turnover, as well as increase the productivity of the organization. Finally, a series of recommendations or proposals were offered to improve the job satisfaction of workers in organizations, taking as a starting point the main factors that make up the variable. |
