The author proposes also basic correction steps, some of them drastic and contrary to the anti-crisis government program divulged and operated by the new government. At the end he stands out, or warns about a slow and perverse separation of the government reality from the rest of the agents of the economy.La grave situación actual de la economía mexicana proviene de dos crisis simultáneas: la del modelo neoliberal implantado desde hace doce años y su endurecimiento en los últimos seis, y la de la nueva forma de inserción del país en el ámbito y comercio internacional; para ambas se destacan los elementos característicos más trascendentes. El autor propone también medidas básicas de corrección, algunas de ellas drásticas y  contrarias al programa gubernamental anticrisis divulgado y operado por el nuevo gobierno.
