Sumario:This work focuses on the historical, political and regulatory transition of the figure of workplace sexual harassment in Chile, focusing the study from a gender perspective from a doctrinal and jurisprudential analysis. The purpose is to highlight problems and deficiencies in the regulation of workplace sexual harassment, in order to propose and support alternative solutions from effective judicial protection and fundamental rights as the central axis. The methodology to address the general objective and the specific objectives of this research consisted of an analytical and systematic study of historical, normative, doctrinal and jurisprudential sources.
