Sumario:Women has been struggling for gender equality has been going on since the French Revolution, it is pending task, progress were made in the Mexican state but the condition of violence against this gender prevails. Historically, in Mexico, the equality of this gender isn't the best scenario, in terms of their rights and quality of life. and considering that it is also consistent worldwide, it is for this reason to analyze these problems, the commitments that nations have taken and the public policies that have been permeating within the institutions, the object of study is  analyze the progress of the rights of this gender, which is included in the objectives of the 2030 agenda in which gender equality is framed, being objective five, stating that throughout the world women and girls must have the same rights and the same opportunities is considered essential to accentuate inclusive and sustainable development; this work derives from an ongoing investigation; Using as a methodology the study of applicable legal theoretical dogmatics of a descriptive and analytical type. Emphasizing that the Mexican state has complied with international observations, but it hasn´t been enough to change the paradigm.
