Summary:Finance homeownership in certain job sectors of society, is a necessity  that seeks to satisfy the Institute of National Housing Fund for Workers – ( Infonavit - Instituto del Fondo Nacional de la Vivienda para los  Trabajadores) in Mexico, who has become the main financier for this  purpose, emphasizing among all the institutions that constitute the National Organization for Housing (ONAVI- Organización Nacional de la  Vivienda) and well above the commercial banks. This article analyzes  organizations that provide housing finance to workers of different income levels, as well as economic impact of the type of credit, in the  economy of benefited workers and the Mexican economy in general. A correlational analysis was performed with the variables increase of GDP, total number of granted credits, increase of GDP of construction and construction jobs for the years 2000 to 2013. The results indicate a high correlation between GDP and GDP of the construction, as well as in the number of credits and the number jobs of construction.
