| Sumario: | This essay consider to the nutrition like science and its origins in Mexico. It is argued on the professional fields of the nutrition and its contribution to the public health. Insisting on the incorporation of new knowledge in the professional formation of the nutritionist and of its necessities for labor market. The education of the marketing research is approached as formative university subject and the research aspects that at the present time the Health Sciences Academic Division in the Juarez University Autonomous of Tabasco to determine the knowledge of the marketing research and its application in the labor exercise of withdrawn his in the nutrition race, with the intention of determining the bases of this discipline in the new curriculum are reviewed. |
