Sumario:The objective of this reflection is to analyze the thought developed by José María Luis Mora Lamadrid in order to propose a sustained interpretation in the reason-law-freedom dialectic. For the above a brief analysis of the author’s life and work is carried out, followed by the identification and analysis of the influences received, among which the Liberalism, Scholasticism, Contrailustration and Scottish Freemasonry stand out, followed of the study of the Mexican political context.
