Sumario:in the 2021 electoral process in Puebla, 26 deputies were elected by absolute and 15 by proportional representation, in addition to 217 city councils. The above, within the framework of the implementation of the reform to the Code of Institutions and Electoral Processes of the state, which set the path to be followed by the electoral authority in three areas: electoral propaganda, gender parity and electoral justice.This article analyzes the results obtained from these three approaches, by way of an evaluation of their implementation in these elections, and their prospects for the future consolidation.
