Social policy and repressive dissuasion (Chiapas), joint to a systematical discipline environment for the precariousness life and work conditions, converge to restrict options and to establish minimal subjects, submitted. These subjects’ multiple resistance means participation proposals, autonomy and responsibility.El artículo explora los efectos de la realidad y la constitución de sujetos inscritos en la problematización contemporánea de la pobreza y su combate mediante la participación comunitaria (Banco Mundial-PRONASOL). Coerciones de distinto orden, en especial desde el ámbito del mercado libre como automatismo, se ejercen sobre los colectivos más vulnerables. Política social y disuasión represiva (Chiapas), unidas a un entorno de disciplina sistémica por la precariedad de las condiciones de vida y de trabajo, convergen para restringir opciones e instaurar sujetos mínimos, sometidos.
