| Sumario: | The first part of the work presents, exclusively, a set of terminological and conceptual clarifications regarding practical agreement to then develop a succinct reconstruction of the main postulates that Professor Konrad Hesse has developed on the subject. Next, the article carries out a thorough examination of “senses” and “rationalities”, seeking to elucidate, on the one hand, the notion assumed by the expression “principle of constitutional interpretation”—with which said methodology is qualified—and, on the other hand, the “logic” that underlies it. Finally, paying special attention to the “Pizza Street” case, it is evident how the Peruvian Constitutional Court has fully satisfied the demands of the “intermediate solution” mandate. |
