| Sumario: | This report shows the results of the research carried out at the Centro Estatal de Justicia Alternativa, headquartered in Pachuca, which focused on the mediation process and its impact. Therefore, the analysis of the mediation process was posed, looking for the particular characteristics of its exercise in the period between December 2007 and July 2011. In addition, the conditions prevailing at the beginning of functions at the head office in Pachuca were studied and how the practice of mediators was modified during a designated period. The study was based on the vision of the mediators of the city of Pachuca. |
