The term of interposition of the action of unconstitutionality and human rights
The term established in the Regulatory Law of Fractions I and II of the Article 105 of the Political Constitution of the United States of Mexico to interpose the abstract action of unconstitutionality, in the case of general norms detrimental to human rights, must be adequate or be timeless.
