Descripción
Sumario:n this thesis the application of the Extremum Seeking Control technique is studied to extract the maximum power of photovoltaic generators. A detailed analysis of this technique is carried out in order to adjust the algorithm parameters to achieve desired performances. To improve these benefits different blocks are added to ESC algorithm. The first one is an estimate of the Hessian that allows decoupling algorithm performances dependence on the curvature of the V-P characteristic of the panel. The second one aims to improve the performances by synchronizing signals with the addition of a phase processing unit. Finally, transients dynamic elements of the PV array are limited by a saturator added to the control loop. With all these improvements and the correct setting of the control parameters can be setup times achieving the order of milliseconds and returns control over 99.5%.
