Summary:[EN] Having a greater presence and good communication in the digital world has become a transcendental point for cultural institutions. Despite attempts to improve this relationship, many Spanish museums still do not understand issues such as: the value that this kind of communication can offer the entity, the type of relationship has to be established with digital users and the long-term benefits that it can generate, among other aspects. In this article, it is intended to give visibility to the main challenges that cultural organizations must face regarding the management of their social networks, showing proposals that have been carried out from some institutions that have not hesitated to participate in the 2.0 revolution.
