Resumo:This research aims to design, implement, and evaluate a prompt battle as a methodological strategy to enhance the understanding and consolidation of key concepts in image theory. Methodologically, the prompt battle is grounded in problem-based learning, collaborative learning, gamification, and prompt-based learning. The study describes its design and implementation in the course Image Theory of the Bachelor’s Degree in Audiovisual Communication, presents the results of the analysis of 1,070 prompts, 110 evaluative prompts and images, student voting, and a final survey, and examines the limitations of generative AI.
