Descripción
Sumario:The tutor in an online university like the UOC has great relevance, where personalized guidance, support, and constant advice to students are fundamental throughout their academic careers. In this endeavour, the tutor becomes an indispensable element of our educational model, where the tutorial function is transversal and not tied to a specific subject matter or degree. The aim of this paper is to present a newly developed tool with a WIKI format called the tutorial plan for the Psychology degree at the UOC. It collects all the information and items that tutors need to perform their functions in an orderly, flexible and effective way at all times for correct student guidance. It was designed taking into account the analysis of tutors' needs and structured according to key moments in the semester, identifying objectives and specific actions to be carried out, and providing relevant and useful resources for each action (web links, documents, search engines , etc.). Once implanted in the tutor's virtual classroom, satisfaction with the new tutoring plan was analyzed, finding it to be a very pleased and useful tool for information and communication between the teaching staff and tutors, thus facilitating the task of guiding and properly monitoring students.
