Additionally, we discuss their relevance in the recent developmentsin targeted therapies that have significantly transformed the management ofthese skin conditions. To this end, we have conducted a comprehensive searchthrough the Cochrane Library and Database of Systematic Reviews and theMEDLINE search engine, and we have summarized the available clinicalevidence considering up to 466 records including meta‐analyses, systematicreviews, reviews and clinical trials.
