Por ello, como en la legislación del sistema educativo español se trabaja de forma transversal y se deja aspectos sin tratar, se ha creído necesaria la implementación de un programa de intervención. Como respuesta a esta necesidad se ha elaborado un Programa de Orientación e Intervención Psicopedagógica que trabaja tres áreas de actuación: Acción Tutorial, Atención Académica y Orientación Académica y Profesional para aplicar en tercero de Educación Secundaria Obligatoria en el tercer trimestre en ocho sesiones de tutoría. El objetivo principal estará basado en la educación afectivo-sexual para así ayudarles a nivel personal, académico y para sus futuros laborales.[EN] Affective-sexual education is a very relevant aspect in the lives of all people, but especially in the adolescence for being a stage characterized by changes and experimentation. Therefore, as in the legislation of the spanish educational system it works in a transversal way and it leaves aspects untreated, it has been believed necessary the implementation of an intervention program. In response to this need it has been elaborated a Counseling and Psychopedagogical Intervention Program that works on three intervention areas: Tutorial Action, Attention to Diversity and Academic and Professional Orientation to apply in third Compulsory Secondary Education in the third term in eight tutorial sessions.
