Descripción
Sumario:[EN] The cultivated materials of 'Tomata Valenciana' are the result of the selection carried out by Valencian farmers based on their morphological, agronomic and organoleptic qualities. The different varieties were differentiated according to the different agroclimatic conditions that occur in the Valencian Community. Thanks to this, there is a great wealth of varieties. However, it is necessary to know the variability present in the 'Tomata Valencia', by carrying out morphological, agronomic and compositional characterization work. These allow materials to be grouped according to typologies. Once established, the best materials can be selected and included in specific improvement programs. In the work presented, a collection of 50 accessions of 'Tomata Valenciana' has been characterized at a morphological, agronomic and compositional level. With the data generated, the best materials have been selected and reproduced for subsequent work.
