| Sumario: | A new analysis system for evaluating website quality is presented. It is characterized by its ability to interrelate and eva- luate both technical and strategic aspects of a website. It is based on the premise that, while the technical aspects that govern the operation and functionality have a great impact on the quality of a website, they do not guarantee its success on their own. This approach differs from those commonly adopted in analysis systems, since until now most of them have been developed by adopting a predominantly operational or functional view. |
