| Resumo: | Increasing digitalization is driving business growth in all areas of businesses today. Managing the data and understanding all the outputs that the data analysis can bring is giving competitive advantage to the companies. The supply chain industry is one of the most relevant businesses in our society given that it has a huge impact on both our economy and our daily lives. Thus, it is extremely important that the supply chain companies enhance traditional analysis and visualization tools to become as efficient as possible by identifying their strengths and weaknesses and making better decisions. The aim of this project is to build a Data Dashboard in order to put together all the relevant indicators in the supply chain processes of one company related to the financial and the operational areas. With this goal, the project will analyze the company needs and strategies and will define the most appropriate KPIs to effectively identify the improvement opportunities and enable the best decisions for the company. |
