Sumario:The paper is an essay on the necessities of training and formative strategies to be developed during an education science degree. Specifically, the acquisition of key competences for entrepreneurship during the placement in order to ensure that the future educator will be able to get a job even in places apparently outside their field of expertise. This is about how to train our students so they reach the necessary changes through innovation and creativity, generating new processes and resources to discover innovative work places. Teaching placements are without a doubt the ideal method for training in enterprise, guiding their goals towards the characteristics defining entrepreneurship. The fundamental principle is the acquisition of a strong pedagogical identity that makes it possible to imbue every action and activity providing with an instructional or pedagogical perspective.
