| Resumo: | [EN] The proposal for an agricultural school "agrocenter" in the Valencian orchard is proposed as the object of the PFC. The project is located near the sea, adjacent to the Patacona neighborhood north of the UPV. The aim of the work is to reflect on the role of the vegetables plots with the environment of the city. Solve existing problems on the urban edge between city-orchard, and improve the connection so that it is permeable and they live together. Based on the pre-existing, the idea of the project is to generate a series of water branches from the main ditches, from Vera and Palmar. These branches together with the footprint of existing and historical vegetables plots generate spaces where the agrocenter program is developed. As for the needs program, it is a teaching center, a gastronomic center and an agro-museum. That is, a school that adds a combination of complementary services that help its relationship with the environment and get an appeal to make the vegetables plots more frequented. |
