| Sumario: | [EN] Among the different types of lexicographic objects, the elaboration of a general dictionary of the Spanish language is particularly full of theoretical and methodological challenges. Its cultural and linguistic relevance, its scope and structure, and the possibility of integrating and contrasting different dialectal varieties, accepting a pluricentric perspective in its essential features, are the subject of constant debates. In view of such a context, the participants in this contribution —reworking of a previous round table— reflect on nine key questions, which can be summed up in one: Is a general, comprehensive and collaborative Pan-Hispanic lexicography really possible? |
