| Sumario: | This dataset includes the files with data, graphs and statistics for the paper: Activation of the PI3K/AKT/mTOR pathway decreases kidney Klotho. It includes data of Klotho expression in vitro and in vivo after deleting PTEN or pharmacologically inhibit the pathway with Rapamycin. It also includes data on mineral metabolism parameters of mice with deletion of PTEN in the renal proximal tubules, animals with uninephrectomy and treated with rapamycin and animals with an experimental model of chronic kdney disase teated with the same drug. |
