Description
Summary:[EN] This study is based on the application of the ApS methodology in the materials engineering degree to develop a mentoring program with students of the last year of their studies. The students involved prepared audiovisual material for the first year students, where they see topics related to manufacturing methods. In this way, for 4th year students it represents a challenge and a responsibility that helps them to complete the specific skills of the subject while learning, and for the 1st year students, it represents a new way to learn from his own classmates in more advanced courses, which has allowed them to strengthen their security and inclusion within the university environment. The results obtained through the satisfaction surveys reveal that the application of this methodology has been very important for all the parties involved, resulting highly positive and promising for its future implementation as part of the subject.
