Sumario:This work begins with a thoughtful review about theoretical training received throughout the Master’s Degree in Teacher Training in Secondary and Upper Secondary Education and Vocational Training of the University of Oviedo. The paper continues with a reflection on the stay in practice in the Teams of Educational Guidance of Oviedo. In the second part of this work was to propose an Action Plan Teams of Educational Guidance, which includes support actions related to three areas of Educational and Vocational Guidance. Finally, linked to the program for the development of career guidance, proposes a Comprehensive Programs for Awareness and Prevention of School Violence, which pursues a comprehensive intervention against school violence, especially bullying, through activities aimed at the three groups involved: students, the main protagonist of my proposal, and families and teachers, since both are models of behavior for children.
