We aim to rescue from oblivion the figure and the writings of this author, unknown in our days, through his publications, contemporary documents and the press of his time. We will also offer a first approach to his essay “Le movement féministe et les droits de la femme”, of 1894, where he develops the juridical defence of women’s rights.En el presente estudio examinamos la figura y el legado feminista de Raoul Guérin de la Grasserie (1839-1914), literato, filósofo y jurista de la Francia de finales del XIX, en el marco de las voces masculinas que defendieron los derechos de las mujeres en el pasado. Nos proponemos rescatar del olvido la figura y los escritos de este autor desconocido en nuestros días, a través de sus publicaciones, los documentos de sus contemporáneos y la prensa de su tiempo.
