This research aims to conduct a descriptive and correlational analysis of Children and Adolescents in situations of social risk and to evaluate the validity and reliability of the Individual Education Plan (IEP) in overcoming these risks. An ex-post facto, descriptive, and correlational methodology was employed, with a non-probabilistic sample of 65 children and adolescents from the I+I Program. Several evaluation instruments were used, including the Multifactorial Child Adaptation Analysis Test (TAMAI), a self-esteem scale, and the IEP designed for this study. The results revealed a high perception of adaptive difficulties in various contexts, related to low self-esteem.
