The research employs a novel approach, incorporating word processing analysis to evaluate the emotions expressed in Twitter posts by the aforementioned groups. The analysis employs the Plutchick model of emotions and feelings, utilizing various R libraries designed for this type of analysis. The findings suggest differing perceptions of educational apps among the studied groups.Junta de Andalucía.
