Sumario:German Idealism tries to understand the intuition not only intellectually, but also aesthetically. This is very adequate in order to conceive the infinite. The idea of infinite is a key-stone in the arts and the aesthetic conception. The history of sublime allows us to understand the transformations of this notion. How to think conceptually the infinite if there is no concept for this one? The most important in arts is not determined: suggestion. Sometimes, the aesthetic infinite is united to religious thought, but we can also find it into the finite. In fact, a similar view is in the eyes of mystics and artists. Are ontology and theory of knowledge useful here?.
