Sumario:This dataset corresponds to the article "Engineering of Δ9-tetrahydrocannabinol delivery systems based on surface modified-PLGA nanoplatforms." It includes data on the formulation and characterization of Δ9-THC-loaded PLGA nanoparticles (NPs) prepared via nanoprecipitation. Surface modifications include PEG, chitosan and PEG-chitosan coatings. The dataset encompasses particle size, zeta potential, encapsulation efficiency, drug loading, in vitro drug release profiles, cellular uptake (Caco-2 cells), and cytotoxicity assays.
