| Sumario: | The following article describes the experience of a learning methodology based on peer evaluation applied to the professionalization of social educators. At both school and university level, there is a wealth of published material on the methodology of the peer evaluation process. In addition, many sections of the ‘Professionalizing Documents’ justify the validity of imparting a range of skills that should be applied in professional practice (notably in its, definition in the code of ethics and in thecatalogue of functions and competencies of the social educator).
