| Sumario: | Replication Data for: " Sources of Essential Lipids for Mycoplasma pneumoniae via P116 to Target Liver and Atherosclerotic Lesions" Data of the lipid acquisition capabilities of P116 from Mycoplasma pneumoniae and which lipid species it can extract from host-derived sources. This dataset contain relative intensity of identified lipid compounds in P166 before and after incubation with HDL, LDL, or H1299 lung cells, using P116 incubated without these sources as a control. Lipid species in the resulting P116 fractions were analysed using ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography–mass spectrometry (UHPLC–MS). The analysis identified 370 distinct lipid species after incubation with LDL or HDL and 276 lipid species after incubation with lung cells. |
