Sumario:The purpose of this article is to capture the results obtained after having made the analysis of the pedagogical quality assessment of multimedia material that was developed from the detection of needs of the La Inmaculada School in Lima, Peru. Teachers required a ubiquitous learning material, that that it should be available anywhere and at any time. After analyzing the needs of the school, it was agreed to design video tutorials as open multimedia resources so that teachers can master the use of ICT in their personal learning pace.
