Sumario:figure posted on 2025-04-01, 19:51 authored by Ana Amiama-Roig, Marta Barrientos-Moreno, Esther Cruz-Zambrano, Luz M. López-Ruiz, Román González-Prieto, Gabriel Ríos-Orelogio, Félix Prado (A–D) Effect of the indicated mutations in the growth of RFA1-MN cells as determined by spotting 10-fold serial dilutions of the same number of mid-log growing cells onto SMM medium without or with the indicated concentrations of CaCl2. The analyses were repeated at least twice with similar results. Mutants scored in the SGA screening are shown in bold.
