Sumario:This thesis explores the role of opportunity identification in corporate entrepreneurship within today’s dynamic business landscape. It highlights the use of crossfunctional teams as a strategy for improving opportunity identification. The thesis presents a case study of Svitzer, a maritime company, to illustrate the implementation of a new strategy. The case study revolves around a Discovery Sprint, designed following a practitioneroriented book, aimed at finding new opportunities for Svitzer to grow. It emphasizes the challenges faced during the opportunity identification process and provides recommendations on how to engage in a Discovery Sprint. The research aims to provide practical insights on the opportunity identification process within a company environment
