Sumario:During the last few years, robotics has been demanding miniaturized and high-density solutions to drive brushless motors in demanding applications. Ingenia/Novanta has recently launched their latest drive that fits perfectly for this target, Denali NET. During this thesis, we will see the development process of an interface board that fulfils all the requirements of Denali NET. We will also see the technical background and design for manufacturing techniques and HDI stack solutions to increase the density of our designs.
