This is followed by a critique of the llink between greenhouses and cold war imaginaries in recent proposals for utopian ecosocialism, as well as their metaphorical use In the work of Bruno Latour In calling for a reconnection with the terrestrial. To conclude, a modest redemption of greenhouse imaginaries fe proposed, which shifts them from their relation to the univeraslism of projects for the conquest of the cosmos and the artificial production of the climate towards their integration m the agroecological transition demanded by the climate emergency.[ES] El artículo analiza las dialécticas del invernadero en la larga duración de la modernidad industrial, desde su emergencia como una tipología arquitectónica asociada a la fenomenología de las exposiciones universales hasta su conversión en una estructura biopolítica para la producción de ecosistemas supervivencialistas, que se anticipan a las consecuencias del colapso ecosocial. A continuación, se aborda la crítica del vínculo entre los invernaderos y los imaginarios de la Guerra Fría en propuestas recientes del ecosocialismo ut6pico, así coma su USD metaf6nco en la última obra de Bruno Latour a la hora de reclamar una reconexión con lo terrestre.
