Descripción
Sumario:[Description of methods used for collection/generation of data] Periodical water sampling for several biogeochemical variables was performed during the campaigns of the BOATS monitoring network. Monthly samples were collected from the same depth as the sensors deployed in the BP and SMB BOATS stations at 1m and 4m, respectively. At the CS station, surface water samples were obtained fortnightly. Variables apart from temperature (Celsius) and Salinity (psu) obtained were nitrous oxide (N2O), nutrients nitrate and nitrite (NO3−, NO2−) dissolved organic carbon (DOC), Chlorophyll a (Chl a), and dissolved oxygen (DO) in BP and SMB stations.
