It includes guidelines on how to identify health promotion needs and how to implement the HEARTS Framework, whilst supporting marginalised and vulnerable groups in higher education institutions to ensure that they receive the necessary support, by fostering inclusivity, raising awareness and building resilience. It seeks to do so, however, without underlining differences and vulnerability so as to avoid stig-matisation.
