Descripción
Sumario:The HEARTS Guide provides guidelines and recommendations for higher education institutions to sup-port effective interventions in mental health promo-tion, particularly for students coming from a margi-nalised background, through the use of the HEARTS Framework. It includes guidelines on how to identify health promotion needs and how to implement the HEARTS Framework, whilst supporting marginalised and vulnerable groups in higher education institutions to ensure that they receive the necessary support, by fostering inclusivity, raising awareness and building resilience. It seeks to do so, however, without underlining differences and vulnerability so as to avoid stig-matisation. Ultimately, the HEARTS Guide makes it possible to mainstream mental health promotion and trauma support beyond the project partnership, by making it accessible to other higher education institutions.
