Resumo:The main objective of this work is the adaptation and evaluation of a series of activities applying Mindfulness skills in a 5 years old children classroom. The intervention group is composed of 25 students at the age of 5 and 6. This intervention was carried out for 7 weeks, with a weekly session of a variable time depending on the activity of 15 to 35 minutes. The results show that the activities are motivating for most children and they understand what mindfulness is and how it is used. Besides, students show a better attentional regulation in class. There is an agreement between judges in the perception of increasing the state of calm and the level of attention after their development, resulting motivating and having a suitable duration. Improvement suggestions and ideas for future research are given.
