| Sumario: | [EN] The application of the label “small towns” to the study of the Hispania civitates is not exempt from problems, which are amplified when analysing this phenomenon not only from the point of view of the urbs, its intramural area, but also when approaching its ager, its territory. This paper raises some examples and significant documents in this regard, focusing on municipal territories and civitates of peregrini. |
