| Sumario: | Our study focuses on an inscription from Montehermoso (province of Cáceres). Through a complete morphological and textual analysis, we suggest that this inscription, already known from research, is a terminus Augustalis. And we can add it to the series of similar epigraphic testimonies from this region of northern Lusitania and chronologically ascribable to the Augustan reign. In addition, we present all the problems regarding the question of which communities could be whose territory were delimited by this boundary–stone. |
