All MAGs were annotated using Prokka. Two filtering strategies were applied to select high- and medium-quality MAGs: Initial filter: Completeness ≥50%, contamination ≤10%, resulting in 174 MAGs. Stricter filter: Completeness ≥70%, contamination ≤5%, and N50 ≥10,000 bp, resulting in 74 high-quality MAGs.
