Primary metabolism dataset of Lotus japonicus hemoglobin mutants [Dataset]

Four files containing information of metabolites of the wild-type (WT) plants and three hemoglobin mutants: glb1, glb2, and glb1/2. The files are named as follows: LNN metabolites.xls (data of leaves of non-nodulated plants), LN metabolites.xls (data of leaves of nodulated plants), R metabolites.xls...

Descripción
Sumario:Four files containing information of metabolites of the wild-type (WT) plants and three hemoglobin mutants: glb1, glb2, and glb1/2. The files are named as follows: LNN metabolites.xls (data of leaves of non-nodulated plants), LN metabolites.xls (data of leaves of nodulated plants), R metabolites.xls (data of roots of non-nodulated plants), and N metabolites.xls (data of nodules). Each excel file contains eight columns with the analysis of primary metabolites. The columns correspond to: metabolite name, WT values, glb1 values, glb1/WT fold-change, glb2 values, glb2/WT fold-change, glb1/2 values, and glb1/2/WT fold-change.
